AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Edinboro State College at
2 Edinboro, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $250,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Edinboro
7 State College in Edinboro, Pennsylvania for the purpose of
8 converting Ross Dining Hall into a Computer Center.
9 Section 2. Payments to Edinboro State College, Edinboro,
10 Pennsylvania on account of the appropriation provided in section
11 1 shall be made on the basis of cost.
12 Section 3. Edinboro State College shall provide such
13 information and in such form and manner as the Department of
14 Education may require.
15 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
