                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of July 1, 1976 (No.17-A), entitled "An act
     2     appropriating the Federal augmentation to the Executive and
     3     Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for the fiscal
     4     period July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977," changing and adding
     5     appropriations, reenacting an appropriation for a judicial
     6     information system and making editorial changes.

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  Sections 2 and 3, act of July 1, 1976 (No.17-A),
    10  known as the "Federal Augmentation Appropriation Act of 1976,"
    11  are amended by amending various appropriations, adding
    12  appropriations and reenacting an appropriation to the Court
    13  Administration for a judicial information system to read:
    14     Section 2.  The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
    15  necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the Federal
    16  augmentation funds to the several hereinafter named agencies of
    17  the Executive and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for
    18  the payment of the expenses of implementing and carrying out the
    19  programs stated herein for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
    20  1976.

    30  for the Office of Court Administrator:

     2  Discretionary-Pennsylvania State Judicial Informa-
     3  tion System" - For design and development of a
     4  judicial information system to interface with the
     5  comprehensive data system being developed on a

     8     Section 3.  The Secretary of the Budget may create the
     9  following restricted receipt accounts for the purpose of
    10  administering Federal grants only for the purposes herein
    11  designated:
    12                         Governor's Office
    13     (1)  ["State Planning Board] "Office of State Planning and
    14  Development - Western Pennsylvania Conservancy" - For deposit of
    15  private source funds and Federal funds received from the Bureau
    16  of Outdoor Recreation and from a Federal Grant under the Housing
    17  Act of 1954. A disbursement will be made in the form of a grant
    18  to the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy.
    19     (2)  "Federal Grant - Economic Development Council" - For
    20  deposit of a Federal Grant under the Housing Act of 1954 and the
    21  Appalachian Regional Development Office Act of 1965 to be
    22  conveyed to the Economic Development Council of Northeastern
    23  Pennsylvania.

    25     (7)  "Federal Grant - Emergency Employment Act of 1971" - For
    26  deposit of the Federal checks received under the Federal
    27  Employment Act of 1971. The funds will be kept in a holding
    28  account until disbursements are made to State and local
    29  government agencies.
    30     (8)  "Federal Grant - [State Planning Board] Office of State

     2  Commission" - For a Federal planning grant to the Delaware
     3  Valley Regional Planning Commission. This restricted receipt
