AN ACT 1 Amending the act of July 1, 1976 (No.17-A), entitled "An act 2 appropriating the Federal augmentation to the Executive and 3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for the fiscal 4 period July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977," changing and adding 5 appropriations, reenacting an appropriation for a judicial 6 information system and making editorial changes. 7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 8 hereby enacts as follows: 9 Section 1. Sections 2 and 3, act of July 1, 1976 (No.17-A), 10 known as the "Federal Augmentation Appropriation Act of 1976," 11 are amended by amending various appropriations, adding 12 appropriations and reenacting an appropriation to the Court 13 Administration for a judicial information system to read: 14 Section 2. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be 15 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the Federal 16 augmentation funds to the several hereinafter named agencies of 17 the Executive and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for 18 the payment of the expenses of implementing and carrying out the 19 programs stated herein for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 20 1976.
