           REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, APRIL 25, 1977

                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of November 26, 1976 (No.55-A), entitled "An
     2     act to further provide for the expenses of the Executive,
     3     Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for
     4     the fiscal period July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977; to make
     5     additional appropriations from the Federal augmentation to
     6     the Executive Department for the fiscal period July 1, 1976
     7     to June 30, 1977, and to appropriate the Federal funds
     8     available for implementation of Title II, Public Law 94-369,
     9     to the several hereinafter named agencies of the Executive
    10     Department," changing and adding appropriations and making
    11     editorial changes.

    12     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    13  hereby enacts as follows:
    14     Section 1.  Part IV PARTS I, III, IV AND VI of section 2, act  <--
    15  of November 26, 1976 (No.55-A), known as the "Supplemental
    16  Appropriation Act of 1976," is ARE amended by changing, adding    <--
    17  and correcting items to read:
    18     Section 2.  The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
    19  necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the General
    20  Fund to the several hereinafter named agencies of the Executive,
    21  Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for the
    22  payment of the salaries, wages or other compensation and travel


     1  expenses of the duly elected or appointed officers and employees
     2  of the Commonwealth, for payment of fees of contractual services
     3  rendered, for the purchase or rental of goods, services,
     4  printing, equipment, land and buildings and for payment of any
     5  other expenses, as provided by law or by this act, necessary for
     6  the proper conduct of the duties, functions and activities and
     7  for the purposes hereinafter set forth for the fiscal period
     8  beginning July 1, 1976 and for the payment of bills incurred and
     9  remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending June
    10  30, 1976.
