                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an emergency appropriation to the Department of
     2     Environmental Resources for erosion control at Presque Isle
     3     State Park.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $500,000, or as much thereof as may be
     7  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
     8  Environmental Resources for erosion control at Presque Isle
     9  State Park for the fiscal year 1977-1978.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
