                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a certain bridge known as the East Rochester-Monaca
     2     Toll Bridge in Beaver County as the "Michael Baker Jr.
     3     Memorial Bridge."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The East Rochester-Monaca Toll Bridge which
     7  connects L.R. 641 and A.P. 254 in Beaver County, is hereby
     8  officially designated and shall be known as the "Michael Baker
     9  Jr. Memorial Bridge."
    10     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
    11  maintain appropriate markers on said bridge.
    12     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
