AN ACT
1 Amending REPEALING the act of July 3, 1963 (P.L.185, No.111), <--
2 entitled "An act to prohibit operation of boats having a
3 developed horsepower rating in excess of six on Sugar Lake in
4 Crawford County." further providing for the use of boats with <--
5 motors.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The act of July 3, 1963 (P.L.185, No.111),
9 entitled "An act to prohibit operation of boats having a
10 developed horsepower rating in excess of six on Sugar Lake in
11 Crawford County," is amended by adding a section to read: <--
12 REPEALED. <--
13 Section 1.1. Any boat equipped with a motor in excess of six <--
14 horsepower rating may be operated on Sugar Lake in Crawford
15 County if the motor is rendered inoperable by removal of the
16 propeller, and such propeller is left ashore. After removal of
17 the propeller, a motor of not more than six horsepower rating
18 may be attached to the boat and used for propelling the boat on
19 Sugar Lake.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately IN 60 <--
2 DAYS.
