AN ACT
1 Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes further providing for the Civil Service
3 Commission to make semiannual reports to the Adjutant General
4 relating to the enforcement of veterans preference
5 provisions.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Title 51, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707,
9 No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is
10 amended by adding a section to read:
11 § 7110. Semiannual reports.
12 On January 1 and July 1 of each year, the Civil Service
13 Commission shall prepare and forward a written report concerning
14 the enforcement of veterans preference under the civil service
15 laws to the Adjutant General. It shall include all complaints
16 made by veterans concerning violations of the preference laws.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
