AN ACT 1 Amending the act of June 12, 1973 (P.L.56, No.24), entitled "A 2 supplement to the act of October 11, 1972 (P.L.911, No.217), 3 entitled 'An act providing for the capital budget for the 4 fiscal year 1972-1973,' itemizing emergency life safety 5 public improvement projects to be constructed by The General 6 State Authority, together with their estimated financial 7 costs," increasing a project AND ADDING A PROJECT. <-- 8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 9 hereby enacts as follows: 10 Section 1. Clause A and project (39) of Subdivision I of 11 Clause B of section 2, act of June 12, 1973 (P.L.56, No.24), 12 known as the "Capital Budget Act for Fiscal Year 1972-1973, 13 Public Improvement Project Itemization Supplement, Emergency 14 Life Safety Code Improvements--The General State Authority," are 15 amended AND SUBDIVISION I OF CLAUSE B OF SECTION 2 IS AMENDED BY <-- 16 ADDING A PROJECT to read: 17 Section 2. Itemization and Authorization of Projects.-- 18 Additional capital projects in the category of public 19 improvement projects to be constructed by The General State 20 Authority, its successors or assigns, and to be financed by the
1 incurring of debt, are hereby itemized, together with their 2 respective estimated financial costs and the total additional 3 amount authorized for public improvement projects, as follows: 4 A.
