AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 2, 1965 (P.L.6, No.4-A), entitled "An
2 act making an appropriation to the committee appointed by the
3 General Assembly to investigate practices of the milk
4 industry," further providing for the appropriation.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The act of June 2, 1965 (P.L.6, No.4-A), entitled
8 "An act making an appropriation to the committee appointed by
9 the General Assembly to investigate practices of the milk
10 industry," is amended by adding a section to read:
11 Section 1.1. That part of the appropriation in this act
12 unexpended, uncommitted and unencumbered as of the effective
13 date of this amendatory act shall automatically lapse as of that
14 date.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
