AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Philadelphia Musical Academy,
2 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for maintenance and general
3 operation.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $75,000, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Philadelphia Musical
8 Academy, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year July 1,
9 1975 to June 30, 1976, for maintenance and general operation of
10 the academy.
11 Section 2. The academy shall present its financial
12 statements and report in accordance with generally accepted
13 accounting procedures as presented in "College and University
14 Business Administration," 1968 edition, without exception.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
