AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Franklin Institute of the State
2 of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $300,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Franklin
7 Institute of the State of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia,
8 Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1, 1975 to June 30,
9 1976, for the maintenance of the institute: Provided, however,
10 That no part of this appropriation shall be used in support of
11 the institute's research laboratories.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
