SENATE BILL 762

AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS, HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, JULY 22, 1975
AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Academy of Natural Sciences of
2 Philadelphia at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $225,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Academy of
7 Natural Sciences of Philadelphia at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
8 for the fiscal period July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976 for the
9 purpose of maintenance of the institute.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
