AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the Berean Training
2 and Industrial School at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $434,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Trustees
7 of the Berean Training and Industrial School at Philadelphia,
8 Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period July 1, 1975 to June 30,
9 1976, for the maintenance of the school and the purchase of such
10 apparatus and equipment as the trustees may deem necessary for
11 the best interest of the school.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
