AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Trustees of Drexel University of
2 the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia,
3 Pennsylvania.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $3,018,000, or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
8 Trustees of Drexel University of the Commonwealth of
9 Pennsylvania at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for its fiscal
10 period July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976, for general institutional
11 expenses.
12 Section 2. Payments to Drexel University, Philadelphia,
13 Pennsylvania on account of the appropriation provided in section
14 1 shall be made on the basis of costs during the fiscal period.
15 Section 3. The university shall provide such information and
16 in such form and manner as the Department of Education may
17 provide.
18 Section 4. Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
19 shall report its revenues and expenditures and present its
1 financial statements in accordance with generally accepted
2 accounting principles and procedures for educational
3 institutions as set forth in the "Industry Audit Guide for
4 Colleges and Universities" of the American Institute of
5 Certified Public Accountants of 1973, without exception.
6 Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
