AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric
2 Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $360,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
7 Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, Philadelphia,
8 Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period July 1, 1975 to June 30,
9 1976, for instruction, in the Doctor of Podiatric Medicine
10 Program.
11 Section 2. Payments to the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric
12 Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on account of the
13 appropriation for the items provided in section 1 shall be on
14 the basis of costs during the fiscal period.
15 Section 3. The university shall provide such information and
16 in such form and manner as the Department of Education may
17 prescribe.
18 Section 4. The Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine,
1 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania shall report its revenues and
2 expenditures and present its financial statements in accordance
3 with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures for
4 educational institutions as set for in the "Industry Audit Guide
5 for Colleges and Universities" of the American Institute of
6 Certified Public Accountants of 1973, without exception.
7 Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
