AN ACT
1 Making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of
2 Education for the operation, maintenance and administration
3 of the State colleges and State-owned university.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $5,500,000 $3,800,000, or as much <--
7 thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated
8 to the Department of Education as a supplemental appropriation
9 for the operation, maintenance and administration of the State
10 colleges and State-owned university. This appropriation is in
11 addition to any other appropriation made to the Department of
12 Education for the same purpose for the fiscal year 1974-75.
13 Section 2. In addition to the above amount, all income and
14 all moneys not subject to refund collected at the several State
15 colleges and Indiana University or received from the Federal
16 Government or from any other source and paid into the General
17 Fund of the State Treasury under existing laws are hereby
1 appropriated out of the General Fund to the several State
2 colleges and Indiana University for the same purpose, each
3 college and university to receive from such appropriation the
4 exact amount which was collected at said college or university
5 or received from the Federal Government or from any other source
6 during the said fiscal period.
7 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
