A SUPPLEMENT
1 To the act of July 12, 1973 (No. 11-A), entitled "An act to
2 provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and
3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and
4 for the public schools for the fiscal year July 1, 1973 to
5 June 30, 1974, and for the payment of bills incurred and
6 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
7 June 30, 1973," providing for a deficiency in an
8 appropriation to the Department of Education made by the act
9 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974.
10 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
11 hereby enacts as follows:
12 Section 1. The following sum or as much thereof as may be
13 necessary for a deficiency in an appropriation made to the
14 Department of Education is hereby specifically appropriated as
15 follows:

20 For payment into the Social Security Contribution
21 Fund the Commonwealth's share of Federal Social
22 Security taxes for public school employes.............$1,453,000
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
