                                     AN ACT

     1  Requiring certain persons who do business in the Commonwealth to
     2     register with the Secretary of the Commonwealth and be
     3     subject to Pennsylvania taxes.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Any person who does not maintain a place of
     7  business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania but who does
     8  business in the Commonwealth and who uses or is paid from liquid
     9  fuel revenues of the Commonwealth shall register to do business
    10  in the Commonwealth with the Secretary of the Commonwealth and
    11  be subject to the same taxes imposed on other persons registered
    12  to do business in the Commonwealth.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
