                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Commerce for the
     2     use of the New Year's Shooters and Mummers Museum Inc.,
     3     Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for maintenance and general
     4     operation.

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The sum of $200,000, or as much thereof as may be
     8  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Commerce
     9  for the use of the New Year's Shooters and Mummers Museum, Inc.,
    10  Philadelphia Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year July 1, 1975 to
    11  June 30, 1976, for maintenance and general operation of the
    12  museum.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
