AS AMENDED ON THIRD CONSIDERATION, IN SENATE, MAY 17, 1976
AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 30, 1974 (P.L.1160, No.369),
2 entitled "A supplement to the act of February 6, 1974
3 (P.L.80, No.17), entitled 'An act providing for the capital
4 budget for the fiscal year 1973-1974,' itemizing highway
5 projects to be acquired or constructed by the Department of
6 Transportation, together with their estimated financial costs
7 and the amount to be financed by debt, authorizing the
8 incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for
9 the purpose of financing the highway projects, stating the
10 estimated useful life of the projects, and making an
11 appropriation," adding projects in Armstrong and Luzerne
12 Counties.
13 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
14 hereby enacts as follows:
15 Section 1. Section 2, act of December 30, 1974 (P.L.1160,
16 No.369), known as the "Capital Budget Act for Fiscal Year 1973-
17 1974, Highway Project Itemization Supplement," is amended by
18 adding projects to read:
19 Section 2. Itemization and Authorization of Projects.--
20 Additional capital projects in the category of highway projects
21 to be acquired or constructed by the Department of
22 Transportation, its successors or assigns, and to be financed in
1 part by the incurring of debt, are hereby itemized, together
2 with their respective estimated financial costs to be financed
3 by debt as follows:
