                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 24, 1929 (P.L.653, No.279), entitled
     2     "An act regulating the operation of certain boats upon lakes
     3     wholly within the Commonwealth, by requiring the use of
     4     lights on all boats at certain hours."

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The act of April 24, 1929 (P.L.653, No.279),
     8  entitled "An act regulating the operation of certain boats upon
     9  lakes wholly within the Commonwealth, by requiring the use of
    10  lights on all boats at certain hours," is repealed.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
