AN ACT
1 Providing free use of toll roads and bridges by members of the
2 Pennsylvania National Guard when traveling to and from
3 training assemblies.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Every member of the Pennsylvania National Guard
7 while traveling to and from training assemblies shall have free
8 use of toll roads and bridges owned by the Commonwealth of
9 Pennsylvania.
10 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall establish
11 regulations to carry out this act.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
