                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Community Affairs
     2     for housing and redevelopment assistance.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $19,650,000, or as much thereof as may
     6  be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
     7  Department of Community Affairs to be expended by making grants
     8  for housing and redevelopment assistance as authorized by the
     9  act of May 20, 1949 (P.L.1633, No.493), known as the "Housing
    10  and Redevelopment Assistance Law," and by payment of the costs
    11  of administering such act up to but not exceeding an amount
    12  equalling 2% of this appropriation. No more than 20% of the
    13  amount herein appropriated shall be allocated or granted to any
    14  one political subdivision.
    15     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
