AN ACT
1 Providing for adoption of a capital improvement project to be
2 financed from current revenues of the General Fund, and
3 making an appropriation.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Itemization and Authorization of Project.--The
7 following emergency Capital Budget project in the category of
8 public improvement projects, to be financed from current
9 revenues of the General Fund, is hereby itemized together with
10 its respective estimated cost:
11 Department of Military Affairs
12 Construction of Addition to Soldiers' and
13 Sailors' Home at Erie for one hundred bed
14 nursing unit..........................................$1,700,000
15 Section 2. Appropriation.--The sum of $1,700,000, or as much
16 thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated
17 to the Department of Military Affairs for construction of the
18 above itemized capital improvement project.
19 Section 3. Effective Date.--This act shall take effect
1 immediately.
