AN ACT
1 Providing for display of the flag of the United States for
2 deceased service persons killed at war in the municipality or
3 township of his residence.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The flag of the United States shall be displayed
7 on at least one public building of a municipality or township by
8 the proper officials thereof upon request when a deceased
9 service person is buried who was a resident thereof and who was
10 killed at war in such service and is brought back home for
11 burial.
12 The mayor or executive authority of any such municipality
13 shall by resolution or other appropriate method call upon every
14 citizen thereof to display the flag of the United States at or
15 before his home or other suitable place on every such day.
