                                     AN ACT

     1  Prohibiting certain persons from participating in the
     2     construction, alteration or repair of buildings of
     3     authorities and political subdivisions, and providing
     4     penalties.

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  Any person who performs feasibility studies
     8  relating to the construction, alteration or repair of buildings
     9  owned by an authority or by a political subdivision of this
    10  Commonwealth shall be prohibited from participating in such
    11  construction, alteration or repair.
    12     Section 2.  A person violating the provisions of this act,
    13  shall be guilty of a summary offense.
    14     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
