AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 10, 1974 (No.282), entitled "An act
2 creating a temporary State commission to study the fiscal
3 needs of cultural institutions in the Commonwealth and to
4 make recommendations relating thereto and making an
5 appropriation," further extending the provisions of the act.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Sections 9 and 11, act of December 10, 1974
9 (No.282), entitled "An act creating a temporary State commission
10 to study the fiscal needs of cultural institutions in the
11 Commonwealth and to make recommendations relating thereto and
12 making an appropriation," are amended to read:
13 Section 9. The commission shall make a final report to the
14 Governor and the General Assembly no later than May 1, [1975]
15 1976.
16 Section 11. The provisions of this act shall continue in
17 full force and effect until May 1, [1975] 1976.
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
