AN ACT
1 Clarifying the powers of constables, county detectives,
2 sheriffs, and deputy sheriffs, WATERWAYS PATROLMEN AND GAME <--
3 PROTECTORS.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Constables, county detectives, sheriffs, and <--
7 deputy sheriffs, WATERWAYS PATROLMEN AND GAME PROTECTORS shall <--
8 perform all those duties authorized or imposed on them by
9 statute.
10 Section 2. All rules and regulations limiting the powers of
11 constables, county detectives, sheriffs, and deputy sheriffs, <--
12 WATERWAYS PATROLMEN AND GAME PROTECTORS or suspending any <--
13 statute relating thereto are repealed in so far as they are
14 inconsistent herewith.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
