AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1225, No.316), entitled
2 "An act concerning game and other wild birds and wild
3 animals; and amending, revising, consolidating, and changing
4 the law relating thereto," providing for free hunters'
5 licenses for those qualified to receive permanent disability
6 payments from the Social Security Administration.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Section 302, act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1225,
10 No.316), known as "The Game Law," is amended by adding a
11 paragraph to read:
12 Section 302. Resident License Fees.--* * *
13 Any resident of the Commonwealth who is qualified to receive
14 benefit payments from the Social Security Administration for
15 permanent disability shall be issued such license upon
16 application to any county treasurer within the Commonwealth
17 without the payment of the above license fee provided for the
18 use of the Commonwealth. The applicant shall furnish for the
19 perusal of the county treasurer the notification to him by the
20 Social Security Administration that he has qualified to receive
1 such payments due to his permanent disability.
