AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 26, 1974 (No.21-A), entitled "An act to
2 provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and
3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and
4 for the public schools for the fiscal year July 1, 1974 to
5 June 30, 1975, and for the payment of bills incurred and
6 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
7 June 30, 1974; and providing for subpoena powers for
8 legislative appropriation committees," making deficiency
9 appropriations for incidental expenses and Legislative
10 printing and expenses of the House of Representatives, for
11 the House Special Leadership Account (R), and for the House
12 Special Leadership Account (D).
13 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
14 hereby enacts as follows:
15 Section 1. As much as relates to incidental expenses and
16 Legislative printing and expenses of the House of
17 Representatives and the House Special Leadership Account (R),
18 and House Special Leadership Account (D), of section 2, act of
19 June 26, 1974 (No.21-A), known as "The General Appropriation Act
20 of 1974," the House Special Leadership Accounts added December
21 13, 1974 (No.75-A), are amended to read:
22 Section 2. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
1 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the General
2 Fund to the several hereinafter named agencies of the Executive,
3 Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for the
4 payment of the salaries, wages or other compensation and travel
5 expense of the duly elected or appointed officers and employees
6 of the Commonwealth, for payment of fees of contractual services
7 rendered, for the purchase or rental of goods, services,
8 printing, equipment, land and buildings and for payment of any
9 other expenses, as provided by law or by this act, necessary for
10 the proper conduct of the duties, functions and activities and
11 for the purposes hereinafter set forth for the fiscal year
12 beginning July 1, 1974 and for the payment of bills incurred and
13 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending June
14 30, 1974.
