A SUPPLEMENT
1 To the act of July 7, 1972 (No.17-A), entitled "An act to
2 provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and
3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and
4 for the public schools for the fiscal year July 1, 1972 to
5 June 30, 1973, and for the payment of bills incurred and
6 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
7 June 30, 1972," providing for a deficiency in an
8 appropriation to the Department of Labor and Industry made by
9 the act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1973.
10 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
11 hereby enacts as follows:
12 Section 1. The following sum, or as much thereof as may be
13 necessary for a deficiency in an appropriation made to the
14 Department of Labor and Industry is hereby specifically
15 appropriated as follows:
16 I. EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT
17 To the Department of Labor and Industry
18 Payment to employes and charges for medical
19 services incurred in connection with the defense
20 of claims against the Commonwealth under the
21 Pennsylvania Occupational Disease Act........... $5,100,000
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
