        SENATOR NOLAN, STATE GOVERNMENT, IN SENATE, AS AMENDED,
           SEPTEMBER 23, 1974

                                     AN ACT

     1  Authorizing the Department of Property and Supplies, with the
     2     approval of the Governor, to sell and convey 6.06 6.60 acres   <--
     3     of land in Cranberry Township, to Cranberry Township, Butler
     4     County, Pennsylvania.

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The Department of Property and Supplies with the
     8  approval of the Department of Public Welfare, acting on behalf
     9  of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized to
    10  convey to Cranberry Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, for a
    11  consideration of one dollar ($1) the following described tract
    12  of 6.06 6.60 acres of land located in Cranberry Township, Butler  <--
    13  County, Pennsylvania.
    14     Beginning at a point in the center line of Township Road
    15  known as Rolling Road and the western EASTERN line of Manor Line  <--
    16  Plan #2, the place of beginning; thence along line of land of
    17  Manor Line Plan No. 2 south 1 degree 20 minutes 30 seconds east
    18  a distance of 956.99 feet to a point; thence north 63 degrees 06


     1  minutes 52 seconds east a distance of 665.67 feet to a point in
     2  the center line of Rolling Road; thence along said center line
     3  of Rolling Road north 43 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds west a
     4  distance of 899.77 feet to the place of beginning. Being a
     5  triangular parcel of land containing 6.06 6.60 acres of ground.   <--
     6     Section 2.  The land described in section 1 of this act shall
     7  be used for public recreational purposes only and if not so used
     8  shall revert to the Commonwealth.
     9     Section 3.  The deed of conveyance shall be approved by the
    10  Department of Justice, and shall be executed by the Secretary of
    11  Property and Supplies in the name of the Commonwealth of
    12  Pennsylvania.
    13     Section 4.  This act shall take effect immediately.
