AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric
2 Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of one hundred twenty-seven thousand
6 dollars ($127,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is
7 hereby specifically appropriated to the Pennsylvania College of
8 Podiatric Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal
9 year July 1, 1973 to June 30, 1974, for net costs of
10 instruction, in the Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Program.
11 Section 2. Payments to the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric
12 Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on account of the
13 appropriation for the items provided in section 1 of this act
14 shall be on the basis of net costs during the fiscal year.
15 Section 3. The Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine,
16 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania shall report its revenues and
17 expenditures and present its financial statements in accordance
18 with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures for
1 educational institutions as set forth in "College and University
2 Business Administration" of the American Council of Education,
3 revised edition, 1968, without exception.
4 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1973.
