AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Delaware Valley College of
2 Science and Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of one hundred seventy-six thousand
6 dollars ($176,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is
7 hereby specifically appropriated to the Delaware Valley College
8 of Science and Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania, for the
9 fiscal year July 1, 1973 to June 30, 1974, for net costs of
10 instruction.
11 Section 2. Payments to the Delaware Valley College of
12 Science and Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania, on account
13 of the appropriation for the items provided in section 1 of this
14 act shall be on the basis of net costs during the fiscal year.
15 Section 3. The Delaware Valley College of Science and
16 Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania shall report its
17 revenues and expenditures and present its financial statements
18 in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and
1 procedures for educational institutions as set forth in "College
2 and University Business Administration" of the American Council
3 of Education, revised edition, 1968, without exception.
4 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1973.
