AN ACT
1 Amending the act of October 16, 1972 (No.44-A), entitled "An act
2 making an appropriation to the Trustees of the College of
3 Lincoln University, Chester County," changing the
4 appropriation.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 1, act of October 16, 1972 (No.44-A),
8 entitled "An act making an appropriation to the Trustees of the
9 College of Lincoln University, Chester County," is amended to
10 read:
11 Section 1. The sum of [nine hundred sixty-five thousand
12 dollars ($965,000)] one million two hundred thirty-nine thousand
13 dollars ($1,239,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is
14 hereby specifically appropriated to the Trustees of the College
15 of Lincoln University, Chester County, for the fiscal year July
16 1, 1972 to June 30, 1973, for net costs of instruction.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
