                                     AN ACT

     1  Fixing the salary of the coroner in counties of the fourth
     2     class.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  Salary of Coroner.--The salary of the coroner in
     6  counties of the fourth class shall equal the salaries of the
     7  sheriff, prothonotary, and clerk of courts, but be no less than
     8  fifteen thousand five hundred dollars ($15,500) per annum.
     9     Section 2.  Effective Date.--This act shall take effect
    10  January 1, 1974.
