AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Dickinson School of Law,
2 Carlisle, Pennsylvania to meet the law school deficit for the
3 1970-71 fiscal year.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000),
7 or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically
8 appropriated to the Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle,
9 Pennsylvania, to meet the law school deficit caused by the
10 failure to make the full appropriation in the fiscal year 1970-
11 71 because of insufficient revenues, for the general maintenance
12 of the school, for current expenses, including but not limited
13 to the purchase of equipment and supplies and the payment of
14 salaries, for alterations and improvements to the grounds and
15 buildings and their furnishings, for improvement of the law
16 library, for research projects and for such other purposes as
17 the trustees may deem necessary for the best interest of the
18 school.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1971.
