AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the College of
2 Lincoln University, Chester County to meet the university
3 deficit for the 1970-1971 fiscal year.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of four hundred twenty-five thousand
7 dollars ($425,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is
8 hereby specifically appropriated to the Trustees of the College
9 of Lincoln University, Chester County, to meet the university
10 deficit caused by the failure to make the full appropriation in
11 the fiscal year 1970-71 because of insufficient revenues, for
12 the general maintenance of the university and the purchase of
13 such apparatus and equipment as the trustees may deem necessary
14 for the best interest of the university.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1971.
