                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the University of
     2     Pennsylvania for the general maintenance and operation of the
     3     University of Pennsylvania Museum.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of one hundred thousand dollars
     7  ($100,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
     8  appropriated to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania,
     9  for the fiscal year July 1, 1971 to June 30, 1972, for the
    10  general maintenance of the University of Pennsylvania Museum and
    11  the purchase of such apparatus and equipment as the trustees may
    12  deem necessary for the best interest of the University of
    13  Pennsylvania Museum.
    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1971.
