                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Downingtown Industrial and
     2     Agricultural School, Downingtown, Pennsylvania.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of three hundred sixty-two thousand
     6  dollars ($362,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is
     7  hereby specifically appropriated to the Downingtown Industrial
     8  and Agricultural School of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, for the
     9  fiscal year July 1, 1971 to June 30, 1972, for the purpose of
    10  maintenance of the school.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1971.
