AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the Berean Training
2 and Industrial School at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of two hundred fifty-nine thousand
6 dollars ($259,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is
7 hereby specifically appropriated to the Trustees of the Berean
8 Training and Industrial School at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
9 for the fiscal year July 1, 1971 to June 30, 1972, for the
10 maintenance of the school and the purchase of such apparatus and
11 equipment as the trustees may deem necessary for the best
12 interest of the school.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1971.
