AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 30, 1966 (Appropriation Act No. 29-A),
2 entitled "An act making an appropriation out of the Motor
3 License Fund to the Department of Highways for the
4 Appalachian Local Access Roads program," further regulating
5 the lapsing of funds.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 3, act of June 30, 1966 (Appropriation
9 Act No. 29-A), entitled "An act making an appropriation out of
10 the Motor License Fund to the Department of Highways for the
11 Appalachian Local Access Roads program," is amended to read:
12 Section 3. Whatsoever of the amounts herein appropriated are
13 unexpended or unencumbered as of June 30, [1971] 1973 shall
14 lapse.
