AN ACT
1 Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the
3 dissemination of names for the Statewide jury list.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 4521.1(d) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 4521.1. Statewide jury information system.

10 (d) Dissemination.--
11 (1) Upon request from the jury selection commission of
12 the county, the Court Administrator of Pennsylvania shall
13 make available to the requesting county the list of names for
14 that county from the Statewide jury information system. In
15 providing the information, the Court Administrator of
16 Pennsylvania shall only provide the name, address and date of
17 birth of each individual on the list being provided. All
18 other identifying information shall be removed from any list
1 made available pursuant to the request. Under no
2 circumstances may the Court Administrator of Pennsylvania
3 include any other identifying information.
4 (2) Upon request from the Clerk of Court for a United
5 States District Court, the Court Administrator shall make
6 available to the requesting Clerk of Court the list of names
7 for the counties comprising the district within the
8 jurisdiction of the requesting court from the Statewide jury
9 information system. In providing the information, the Court
10 Administrator shall only provide the name, address and date
11 of birth of each individual on the list being provided. All
12 other identifying information shall be removed from any list
13 made available pursuant to the request. Under no
14 circumstances may the Court Administrator include any other
15 identifying information.
