AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for retention of edible carcass
3 for food.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2124 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 2124. Retention of edible carcass for food.
9 * * *
10 (b) Exceptions.--No carcass, or any part or parts thereof,
11 of any deer, bear or elk shall be retained for food, by any
12 person, if the animal was killed upon:
13 (1) Land located within a game or wildlife deterrent
14 fence provided by the commission.
15 [(2) Land, or any part thereof, on which access for
16 hunting purposes is denied at any time.]
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
