                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Public Television
     2     Network Commission.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of three million three hundred forty
     6  thousand dollars ($3,340,000), or as much thereof as may be
     7  necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated for the fiscal
     8  year beginning July 1, 1973 and ending June 30, 1974 to the
     9  Pennsylvania Public Television Network Commission.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1973.
