AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Downingtown Industrial and
2 Agricultural School, Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $694,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to the Downingtown Industrial and Agricultural
7 School of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period July
8 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982, for operation and maintenance of the
9 school.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Downingtown Industrial and
11 Agricultural School on account of the appropriation provided in
12 section 1 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal
13 quarterly payments.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1981.
