                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for adoption of capital projects to be financed from
     2     current revenues of the Keystone Recreation, Park and
     3     Conservation Fund.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6  Section 1.  Short title.
     7     This act shall be known and may be cited as the Keystone
     8  Recreation, Park and Conservative Fund Current Revenue Project
     9  Itemization Act for 1995-1996.
    10  Section 2.  Total authorization.
    11     The total authorization for the capital projects in the
    12  category of Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation projects
    13  itemized in section 3 and to be constructed by the Department of
    14  Environmental Resources, its successors or assigns and to be
    15  financed by current revenues of the Keystone Recreation, Park
    16  and Conservation Fund shall be $14,930,000.
    17  Section 3.  Itemization of projects.
    18     The additional capital projects in the category of Keystone

     1  Recreation, Park and Conservation projects to be constructed by
     2  the Department of Environmental Resources, its successors or
     3  assigns and to be financed by current revenues are hereby
     4  itemized, together with their estimate financial costs, as
     5  follows:

    10     The General Assembly states that the estimated useful life of
    11  the projects itemized in this act is 30 years.
    12  Section 5.  Federal funds.
    13     All moneys received from the Federal Government for the
    14  projects specifically itemized in this act are hereby
    15  appropriated for these projects.
    16  Section 6.  Effective date.
    17     This act shall take effect July 1, 1995, or immediately,
    18  whichever is later.
