A SUPPLEMENT
1 To the act of July 7, 1972 (No.17-A), entitled "An act to
2 provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and
3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and
4 for the public schools for the fiscal year July 1, 1972 to
5 June 30, 1973, and for the payment of bills incurred and
6 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
7 June 30, 1972," providing for deficiencies in certain
8 appropriations made by the act for the fiscal year ending
9 June 30, 1972 1973. <--
10 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
11 hereby enacts as follows:
12 Section 1. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
13 necessary, for deficiencies in certain appropriations made to
14 the Judicial Department of the Commonwealth are hereby
15 specifically appropriated as follows:
16 JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT
17 To the Courts of Common Pleas
18 Courts of common pleas; including the
19 salaries and expenses of judges; including
20 the expenses of traveling judges; including
21 the mileage in divided judicial districts;
22 including the salaries and mileage of associate
1 judges.............................................. 1,200,000
2 To the Philadelphia Traffic Court
3 Salaries and expenses of judges.................. 10,000
4 To the Philadelphia Municipal Court
5 Salaries and expenses of judges.................. 60,000
6 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
