AN ACT
1 Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, providing for use of armory fitness
3 facilities.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 1513. Use of armory fitness facilities.
9 An active duty or retired member of the armed forces of the
10 United States or its reserve components shall be entitled to use
11 the fitness facilities of any armory in this Commonwealth. The
12 State Armory Board shall establish rules and regulations for the
13 use of armory fitness facilities.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
