AN ACT
1 Amending Title 65 (Public Officers) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for required
3 information on statement of financial interests.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1105(b)(5) of Title 65 of the
7 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 1105. Statement of financial interests.

10 (b) Required information.--The statement shall include the
11 following information for the prior calendar year with regard to
12 the person required to file the statement:

14 (5) The name [and], address and amount of any direct or
15 indirect source of income totaling in the aggregate $1,300 or
16 more. However, this provision shall not be construed to
17 require the divulgence of confidential information protected
18 by statute or existing professional codes of ethics or common
1 law privileges.

3 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
